JIC undertakes to handle the participant’s personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The participant consents to the processing of their personal data by JIC, which will be provided upon conclusion of the contract, for the purposes stated below. This consent is granted for an indefinite period.
By registering for the educational event, the participant acknowledges that photographic, audiovisual, or other recordings capturing the participant’s image will be made during this event. In accordance with the provisions of Section 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., and on amendments to certain laws, as amended, the participant voluntarily grants consent to the creation of these records and to their processing as personal and sensitive data for the purposes listed below. This consent is granted for an indefinite period.
All personal and sensitive data (first and last name, email, ID number, tax ID number, photographs, video recordings) are collected and processed exclusively for use in JIC marketing materials and presentations on the JIC website, social media, written presentations, events organized by JIC, or events in which JIC representatives participate.
JIC, as the personal data controller, declares that it will collect sensitive data to the extent necessary to fulfill the specified purpose and process it only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
The participant has the right to access their personal data and the right to correct personal data, as well as other rights specified in Section 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act. The participant may revoke their consent at any time by written notice delivered to the JIC headquarters.
By providing an email address in the registration form for individual events organized by JIC, participants agree to receive commercial communications from JIC in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., as amended.
