If a dispute arises between the parties to the Agreement, the Consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. A request for out-of-court dispute resolution pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, may be filed by the Consumer with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (all details regarding out-of-court resolution are available on the website coi.cz) or through the European Union’s online platform for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (further information here).
